Sophie Bolen, Trafficked – A Parent’s Worst Nightmare

 

My wife and I lost track of one of our sons, only 5 at the time, at the jam-packed Center of Science and Industry museum. He took off through the crowded space and we couldn’t keep up with where he was going as he dashed between people’s legs. Our hearts sank into our stomachs and as we and the security searched the area, we could not find him. The building was locked down.  Finally, about 20 minutes after the harrowing moment began, he popped up at a amphibian display, safe, sound and totally unaware of what we had gone through.  

I can’t imagine if he had been abducted.

50,000 people trafficked in the United States each year. In 2018, over 50% were  sex trafficked children. A blot on our society that needs our help in prayer, support of those seeking lost ones and those helping the ones who are found.  Here’s a website if you are interested in helping:
