The Unfair Advantage

“You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.”

Hated by his brothers, sold into slavery, falsely accused and tossed into prison. At least 13 years of struggle but Joseph saw it as God’s hand in preparing him to be able to help others.

Hard to fathom, and yet the challenge is, what is our unfair advantage. What looks like a penalty, being set aside, wrongly viewed, dismissed? What pains, or shortages have we felt? The key question, how have we viewed them? We’re groomed to want things now, including results. Let’s destroy that view and wait patiently on the Lord. You have not been set aside, you are being prepared.

Let’s challenge the prevailing view with God’s viewpoint. He is molding and developing his masterpiece in you.
