Timeless

I’m trying my best to always open my Bible with the view that it is a book just written. Otherwise, I fall into the trap that I’m reading what it was like for others in a time that is unlike ours. Although I can apply the same principles to live, I’m missing the depth of God’s Word by thinking that today is different than it was in Corinth. Actually, all the same things are going on. And if I’m honest, it’s becoming more like the days of Noah, just like Jesus told us.

God refresh and deepen my vision of your word to be a today not yesterday book.

Like newborn babies, you must crave pure spiritual milk so that you will grow into a full experience of salvation. Cry out for this nourishment, 1 Peter 2.2
