As citizens of heaven we are called to a different perspective. Not that we can’t or shouldn’t influence politics here but our greatest influence is being examples of Christ’s love. Watch this documentary to see how some churches in Texas are applying Christian love to those in real need that cross the border. Though, and these believers agree, there needs to be border control, that doesn’t prevent them from sacrificing for others while politicians battle the issues.

This documentary was a good reminder for me to act in love and not wait until things get finalized or turn out the way I’m hoping they will.
